The B&B Les Ormeaux also features a small detached and independent guest house, “La rainette du marais”, which is a 19m2 apartment with both a mezzanine and a terrace, located next to the main house and the garden. Located slightly underneath the main house, the small guest house features all modern conveniences in a luxuriant and calm environment.
Ranked 2 stars (official ranking system of the prefecture/region), the “Rainette du marais” comprises a complete furnished kitchen with complete tableware for 6 people, kitchenware, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a washing machine, a flatiron and an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom feature a washbasin, a shower and toilets.
You'll also find a TV/reading area with a TV set equipped with the TNT (Digital Terrestrial Television).
The guest house offers sveral types of sleeping alternatives: a bed for 2 people (140x200) and a bed for 1 person in the mezzanine (90x200).
The living room is located in front of the terrace (with folding-arm awnings), which features garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a swing frame for children in the garden.
The guest house comes with its independent heating system. Towels and bed linen are available for rent on demand: for a couple, 20€/week including 2 big towels, 2 regular towels, bed linen for the main bed (2 people) and the one-person bed (90x200). |
